SEEAG’s Summer Internship Program: Apply TODAY!
This internship is a 150-hour, stipend-supported educational experience, designed to build meaningful exposure to nonprofit operations, agriculture literacy, food systems, youth education, and community engagement. Interns complete a primary project or project(s), participate in weekly check-ins, and observe and support SEEAG programs (Farm-to-Food Lab, STEM Career Pathways in Agriculture, Youth Wellness Initiative, or Farm Day Every Day).

Overview of Intern Positions:
🌾 Farm-to-Food Lab Program Intern
Ventura County (06/22/2026 - 08/14/2026)
This position will have a main focus on education programs and maintaining the Southbank Learning Farm over 8 weeks.
Assist with leading and supporting Farm-to-Food Lab field trips
Assist with daily farm maintenance on both Southbank Learning Farm
Prepare, organize, and maintain educational materials and supplies
Capture photos/videos and assist with storytelling content
🔬 STEM Career Pathways in Agriculture Intern
Ventura County (06/22/2026 - 08/14/2026)
This position will have a main focus on maintaining La Colina Hub's outdoor space over 8 weeks.
Assist with garden maintenance tasks; planting and building
Assist with basic documentation of garden activities + help organize tools and supplies
Research and update SEEAG’s STEM webpage and Canvas Alumni Hub
Contribute to digital content and educational resources
🚜 Farm Day Program Intern
Santa Barbara County (06/22/2026 - 09/25/2026)
Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
Create and schedule social media content
Help coordinate event logistics and volunteer engagement
Capture event content (photos, videos, interviews) for storytelling
