Santa Barbara County Farm Day gives you the opportunity to explore over 20 locations from Santa Maria to Carpenteria.

Learn about AHC's Agriculture student projects, sustainable and regenerative farming techniques, and college field research trials. Students will lead tours of the student vineyard, fruit orchard, greenhouse, vegetable garden, and field research plots.

Babé Farms staff will be on hand to share our story, discuss our specialty vegetables and farming operation. You will be able to select a small assortment of vegetables and get an up close look at their tractors and farm implements.

Stop by Central West Produce and learn all about growing practices with new technology and their new premium berries. Get a chance to sample their products, learn about hydroponic strawberries.

Visit Farm Cart Organics and take a dive into organic farming providing the freshest, most nutrient dense farm foods. Learn about regenerative farming and their partnerships with local school districts.

Take a walking tour of the farm and nursery, where guests will learn about the farm’s purpose and mission. Participate in the “U-Pick Flowers”, as well as sample some of the farm’s delicious produce.

Learn about their educational programs and have a chance to meet all the animals. Kids can enjoy a variety of arts & crafts centered around the Rural Roots Program and Nature Nurture Program.

Learn more about regenerative ranching in Los Alamos, CA. Tours with will be offered throughout the day. Visit the farm animals and stop by the ranch store where premium beef and honey are sold!

Take a tour and learn about the Santa Maria Joint Union High School district’s new Career Technical Education Center and Agricultural Farm! All crops are grown by students.

Tour Plantel’s greenhouse facilities and learn about how they grow high-quality vegetable transplants from seedlings. Special appearance from Santa Maria’s local Farm Supply Co and Sakata Seeds America.

Learn the stages of commercial blueberries production including fertilization, pruning, irrigation and other cultural practices. Sample and enjoy some of the finest berries grown in the edge of Orcutt’s old town!

Rancho Olivos will be offering complimentary tastings of their olive oil and visitors are welcome to wander through the olive orchards and see the different kinds of olives that they farm. Open from 10am to 4:30pm.

Guests will learn about sustainable vineyard practices through a tour of Riverbench’s vineyards and wine tasting! Tours will begin at the top of every hour between 10am and 3pm.

Growing Works, a program of Turning Point Foundation, Cultivates Mental Health by providing mental health recovery services, job training and supported employment to adults with severe mental health diagnoses. Take a tour of Growing Works’ 1 acre nursery yard, production area, shade houses and warehouse.

On The Oxnard Plain Since 1868, The McGraths have been farming on the coast of Southern California for five generations. Their organic, regenerative and sustainable farm grows a high diversity of year-round organic fruits and vegetables for our community.

Ojai Olive Oil is a third-generation family farm, owned and operated by the Asquith family.  They grow, harvest, mill, bottle, & sell their olive oils onsite at their farm in the east-end of the Ojai Valley. Ag Weights & Measures protects and promotes agriculture, the industry and the environment. They do this by enforcing federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances related to agriculture, weights and measures. Visit and meet Agricultural Inspector/Biologists and learn all about what their office does for the ag industry!
