SEEAG's Farm-to-Food Lab is Back in Session

As we enter the new school year, the Education Team here at SEEAG is excited to announce that our Farm-to-Food Lab program is back in session! Here in both Ventura County and Santa Barbara County, we are seeing over 70 unique schools and hosting over 80 field trips in this program alone!

The Farm-to-Food Lab program is SEEAG's three-part educational experience that includes two engaging in-class presentations and an exciting field trip to a local working farm. Through interactive lessons and real-world experiences, students get to learn about the entire food supply chain, the sciences of agriculture, and the impact it has on us as a community.

This year, we have brought on new staff, educators, and interns to help provide an even better program experience for everyone. We have also established a new vermicompost in Santa Barbara County so that the curriculum is the best it can be!
